The Latino owned business has been providing services for residential and commercial projects since 2017, and the team and service area have grown since Brisamar and her business partner started the company. Giving back to the community is one of the most satisfying parts of owning a business for Brisamar.

Her advice for others wanting to start a business: “Don’t give up! You need to invest time and effort even when you are tired and stressed. You need to have a plan and a vision for your business. It takes time but with good organization and hard work you can do it!”

Hood Decorating Painting, recently participated in RDl’s Pasos al Exito program in Prineville, where she learned new skills to benefit her business and connect with other entrepreneurs in her community.
